The Assignment

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer for a consulting assignment focused on further developing and improving a global HR-related knowledge and self-service solution. The assignment aims to create an intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly experience for both managers and employees.

In this role, you will combine UX design, content design, and information architecture to ensure that information is easy to find, understand, and use. You will work closely with the business, technical teams, and other stakeholders to create structures that support both current needs and future development, including automation and AI support.

Responsibilities

• Work with UX design and content design for HR-related self-service solutions
• Design clear and user-centered information architecture
• Ensure good searchability, navigation, and structure in knowledge content
• Contribute to solutions that support AI-driven search, automation, and chatbot functionality
• Collaborate with development teams and the business for long-term quality and usability

Qualifications

• Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR platforms
• Very good knowledge of UX design, UX writing, information architecture, and content strategy
• Experience or good understanding of knowledge management, AI-driven search, or chatbot integration
